Since 2019, Mallory has been the face of our Haleyville office — and if you’ve ever walked through those doors, you know exactly what that means.
She’s the kind of person who makes you feel welcome the second you step inside. Funny, loud (in the best way!), and incredibly personable — you always know when Mallory is in the room. And more importantly, our clients do too.
Over the years, she’s built real relationships with the people she serves. Many clients stop by regularly to make their bankruptcy payments, and Mallory greets them by name. She knows their stories. She checks in on their progress. She celebrates their wins.
Recently, she noticed a regular client hadn’t come in for his usual payment. At first, she assumed it might be due to icy weather. When she later learned he had passed away, she was heartbroken. That moment speaks volumes about who Mallory is — she doesn’t just process payments. She builds connections. She cares.
Mallory handles our Haleyville office operations each week, keeps things organized (yes — including shredding old files!), and has now expanded her role to also support our call center. That means she’s not only helping the clients who walk through our doors — she’s also helping the people who take that very first, scary step of calling our office because they’re drowning in debt.
It takes a special kind of person to balance efficiency with empathy. Mallory does both. She is sensitive and sympathetic to our clients’ needs while still keeping everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.
Her energy fills a room. Her heart fills the gaps when someone is scared or overwhelmed. And her consistency makes our clients feel steady during one of the most stressful seasons of their lives.
We’re incredibly grateful to have Mallory representing Bond & Botes in Haleyville and beyond.
Thank you, Mallory, for being the kind of teammate and advocate our clients can count on. 💙
