This is at the corner of 5th Avenue North and 18th Street. There is street parking available and a parking deck on 18th Street. You will need change for the parking meters if you park on the street. There is a fee to park in the parking deck, as well.
From the Fultondale area: Travel South on I-65, exit at 6th Ave North. Go straight to 5th Ave. North.
Turn left onto 5th Ave. North. Go to 18th Street. Court is on the left.

Chapter 13 Clients: At your 341 Meeting of Creditors hearing you will be sworn in and the Trustee will ask you questions about your Chapter 13 petition, under oath. This hearing is also an opportunity for creditors to ask you questions, however, most creditors do not come to this hearing. The following is a list of questions the Trustee may ask:
- Where are you currently employed?
- Have you listed all your assets or property in this petition?
- Have you listed ALL of your debts in your Chapter 13 petition?
- Have you transferred or sold any property such as real estate, vehicles, etc., to anyone in the past year?
- Are you a plaintiff in a lawsuit or do you have the right to sue someone for money damages?
- Have you filed your tax return in each of the last five years?
- Are you current on your mortgage payments since this case was filed?
- Are you current on your child support obligations since this case was filed?
You will need to bring proof of your Chapter 13 payment, paycheck stub or deposit receipt from Servis First Bank, to your 341 Meeting of Creditors.
