Ashley Wesley

Hi! My name is Ashley Wesley. I am part of the Birmingham office team here at Bond, Botes, Reese, & Shinn, P.C., where I am a Case preparation Supervisor. I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Birmingham, AL. I graduated from P.D. Jackson-Olin High School and from there I went to Alabama State University. Nothing makes me happier than shopping for shoes. I am an avid lover of our creator. I love people and having the opportunity to connect with others.

Willie Handy

My name is Willie Handy. I grew up in Homewood, Alabama. I am the head of Data Operations and a Legal Assistant. I started with Bond & Botes in 2001, as an intern, while still attending Homewood High School. While still in school, I decided then, this is something I could see myself making a career of. I’ve been trained by some of the best Bankruptcy Attorneys in the state of Alabama, and I take pride in that! There is no greater joy than having the privilege of helping others.

Evelyn Hardman

Hi! I’m Evelyn Hardman. I am a native of Southern California, but now call Alabama my home. I have been the Office Manager for Bond, Botes, Reese & Shinn for over 20 years. I enjoy working in an environment where everyone is deeply rooted in their faith: This is not just a job but also a ministry. To have someone leave our office with a smile on their face after having come to our office feeling defeated, embarrassed, even in tears, is the most awesome feeling. It is very rewarding to be able to help people through difficult times in their lives. It is a privilege to come to work every day to spend time with people I now call my friends, my family. I am truly blessed to be able to call Bond, Botes, Reese & Shinn not only my job, but my home.

Brianna Welch

Hey! My name is Brianna Welch. I am a Receptionist at Bond, Botes, Reese, and Shinn. I was born in Birmingham, AL. I graduated from Lawson State Community College with a degree in Business Administration and will continue on to receive my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University. I am a kind-hearted person who loves meeting new people. It is such a joy working at Bond & Botes. If I could describe the attorneys in 3 words I would say they are positive, considerate, and caring individuals. I am so grateful to have the honor to work at such an outstanding business.

Dee Carter

My name is Dee Carter. I am from Chattanooga, TN. Birmingham, Alabama has been my home for 33 years. I am married to my husband Greg and I have two children. I am a case manager at Bond, Botes, Reese and Shinn. The work environment is like a family. Great people to work for. I am proud to be a part of this team.

Melodie Waid

My name is Melodie Waid, I am a Case Manager here at Bond, Botes, Reese & Shinn. I am from Tuscaloosa (ROLL TIDE!) but graduated from Samford University here in Birmingham. I’ve been married 31 years and have two sons. When not at Bond & Botes you can catch me playing Pokémon Go with my sons and our PoGo group.
