My guest for this episode, Dr. Dale Wisely, is also a long time friend. Dale currently serves as Director of Family Life at Prince of Peace Catholic Church & School in Hoover, Alabama. Prior to his current position, he served for 12 years as Director of Student Services and Community Education at Mountain Brook Schools (Alabama). He has been a child and adolescent clinical psychologist for 36 years. Dr. Wisely is a past president of the Birmingham Regional Association of Licensed Psychologists. He is also a past president of the Alabama Psychological Association and received its Distinguished Service to Professional Psychology award – twice. He carries a set of qualifications that lend him a unique perspective for handling the impending dilemma many parents are – or will be – facing. Dale’s extensive experience in both psychology and education are sure to contribute towards a discussion this week that you won’t want to miss.
